How We Support You

We work with referring veterinarians providing case support, professional development, and practical resources. Our approach ensures you have the guidance needed to make informed decisions about general dermatological conditions and when a referral may be appropriate.

Working Together

We are grateful to our referral network and all those who choose to work with us. Our goal is to provide accessible support and guidance to you and your team, giving reassurance that when a referral is needed, you can be confident your patients and clients are in capable hands.

We partner with referral clinics to provide practical support at every stage, providing:

  • General case advice or guidance before referral

  • Online resources, educational materials, and professional development opportunities to support your role as the primary veterinarian

  • Updates after each consultation, including relevant results, and availability to discuss care plans as needed.

We value strong relationships with the local veterinary community and are committed to clear communication, timely feedback, and collaborative care. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss a case, referral, request additional resources, or clarify any aspect of the support we provide.

What You Can Expect From Us

Case Support

We provide opportunities for support prior to, during, and following referral, so you can access advice and keep up-to-date with patient progress:

Prior to referral:

  • Access general case support via email, as this method allows our team to provide considered responses.

  • Arrange a 15-minute Vet-to-Vet consultation for specific case advice, available for a small fee.

During referral:

  • Receive a clinic summary report after each consultation, including laboratory and diagnostic results where appropriate.

Following referral:

  • Discuss care plans, adjustments, or questions as required.

Professional Development

We actively participate in and support industry continuing education (CE) and development by providing webinars, conference presentations, and engagement opportunities at industry events, discussing:

  • The latest diagnostics, therapies, and evidence-based approaches for managing skin, ear, and allergy cases, helping you confidently discuss options with clients

  • Practical insights and strategies that can be applied directly in your clinic to improve patient dermatological care

  • Current best practice and emerging trends, supporting informed referral decisions.

If you’re interested in attending upcoming events we’re involved in, or our conference presentations, please contact us for further information.
