You can refer a patient online via our Clinical Summary Form or by email at team@animalderm.com.au, which are our preferred methods to ensure we gather all the information needed for a tailored referral consultation. These options can be selected below. We ask that the patient’s history, recent test results, and any other relevant documentation be sent via email.
Our referral process helps our team gather the information needed for a tailored initial consultation. Once we receive confirmation of your referral, you can invite your client to contact our team directly to schedule their appointment.
